match 9 Jae Cho vs Jamil Israel

Inning 67, Jamil played a plus system shot (short/long/long) the cueball went deep into the 3rd rail between the score ball and the 3rd rail.
There was some questions raised as to the shot making or not.
Jamil claimed to have made it, Cho said no. They looked to the scorer table
and someone there evidently said the shot did not make...I was watching
the game in "full screen" which was heavily, pixelated and couldnt determine wheather the shot was good or not.
The point was very significant, the score at the time was CHO 36 to 32. Had the point counted, Jamil would have continued shooting.
Well Jae Cho then stepped up and 4 and out.

Did anyone happen to get a better view than mine, or is the game available on a replay of this match.

I was watching on the internet, too, and I certainly couldn't tell for sure, but I think he grazed the ball on the way in.

I was up in the air at the tournament director's table and had a 100% perfect view. It hit the ball before hitting the rail and then hit the ball again. No good. 100%.
