I'm pretty sure even if Matlock wins his last match 8-0 he will not have enough percentage points to catch Orcollo or Peach. Orcollo needs just 5 racks to lock down the final spot while Peach must win by 8-4 or better.

If Peach beats Orcullo and Matlock beats Alcano then they all end up with three wins each, and in that case I thought the rules said that the tournament director and head referee decide who moves on.
If Peach beats Orcullo and Matlock loses, then Peach and Orcullo both have three wins but Peach beat Orcullo in their match, so doesn't Peach advance?
Here's the rule that someone posted:
"If two players are tied, the player who beat the other player advances. If there is a three way tie, the Tournament Director and Head Referee will assess the time constraints of the tournament and other factors and determine an appropriate tie breaking mechanism."
