Be careful with your internet feed. If as you are promoting you hold a gambling match and feed it over the internet you will be violating so many Federal laws it isn't even funny.

There won't be ANY gambling via The Internet.

This is going to be a professional pool match. There will be no gambling on this match over the Internet.

Sure - If you have TiVo.

If you record the match while your away - you own it and can replay it whenever you want.

There are many great barbox players, but...............

I would in a heart beat. Jessie is the best bar table player I have ever seen. Butterflycues

There are many great barbox players today but it seems like the most controversy over "Who's The Best" centers around Matlock & Bowman.
That is why I have chosen these two for the first match.
If this goes as planned, I can see many other great barbox matches in the future as well as 4½ X 9 - 9-Ball, One Pocket, Banks & Straight Pool. I would like to eventually see this become a monthly event but it has to make economic $ense.
I am encouraged by the results of this poll so far (over 80% positive) but also know I have to consider the fact that us here at AZ are already on the Internet and very pool savvy. The real test will be the acceptance of the first broadcast. That will rely on product marketing and word of mouth. I am hoping that every (on-line) poolroom will want to show this for their customers and that alone will help it to spread. I also think there will be a strong European market for this, once it takes off.

OHB ... It is a great idea, and I would participate, although I am on a fixed
income (aren't we all), and if I was paying for billiard events to watch, about
$50 a month would be a limit for me. Now, if you eventually offered a
monthly rate with a certain amount of events scheduled for a month, that
would be fine.

$30 (per month) is the Max.

Snapshot9 - If this happens - It would only be one match every month so the max you could spend would be $10 X 3 days = $30. If you pre-purchased the three day package, it would be only $25.

Poor Matlock

I would love to record the match so i can watch it at my own leisure. Is that possible? HECK YEAH I WOULD PAY FOR THAT!! I could watch Jesse Kick the heck out of people all day. Just make the race big like first to 27 or so then it is a LOCK for the boy from E. Moline.

Once you pay $10 for the feed, you can TiVo it, record it, transfer it to your CD writer or whatever.
