May 9-12th Big Tyme Classic, One Pocket, 9 Ball $13,000 Added

Not sure if you guys heard the news, Buddy Hall tripped over something coming in the door of the pool room yesterday morning.

He took a nasty fall and they had to call an ambulance and they took him to the hospital.

I don't really know all the details about his condition, preliminary report i heard is he's going to be ok.

As soon as i hear anything else i will post it here.

Best wishes for The Legend The Rifleman and i sure hope he's ok.

Congrats to Omar Alshaheen for winning the Big Tyme Classic 9-Ball event. He beat Jerry Calderon for the hot seat, but Jerry then defeated James Aranas and returned to face Omar in the Finals.

Jerry took the first set of the Finals 10-5, forcing a second set race to 8. Jerry trailed 6-4 but took the lead 7-6 and seemed to be running out in Game 14 for the title. But the cue ball wound up slightly blocked by the 8-ball as Jerry tried for position from the 5- to the 6-ball, and Jerry missed the 6-ball using his jump cue. Omar got out to take it to hill/hill and then broke and ran the final game for the title.
