Has anyone tried one of these cues? I have an opportunity to get one at what is a very, very good price, but just a bit over my budget. I'm already hooked looking at different ad's shoing this cue at sites across the net, but I'd like some real-world feedback before I go and break my self-imposed dollar limit. Bear in mind what I will be paying isn't close to the web prices, let alone MSRP. I know the price is WAY more than fair. That part isn't in question. Playability, feel, whatever else you experienced players use to judge cues is what I'm after. I will not have the opportunity to try it before I buy it, and there are no dealers anywhere close to where I live.
I'm still what I consider to be a beginner, now into my second year of competitive playing. (If you can call league play competitive, heh.) I don't hit the ball very hard, at least not at this point. I lose control very quickly the harder I hit, so a cue that is good with soft shots is a must. (Yes, I must learn to be able to hit hard when necessary. Working on it, working on it...
)
Any advice or experience with this cue? Would this be a likely good fit for me? (Not knowing me or my ability, I'm not asking much, am I?)
