mcdermott bumber removal

I'm wanting to change the weight bolt in my mcdermott due to getting a different shaft that weighs less. Mcdermott sells a tool(pliers) to take off the bumper.

If it's the new bumper with the logo. Just pull it our with your fingers. Wobble it back forth.
