I just bought an Ultimate Tip Tool and a refill pack of the sandpapers for $22 shipped from rackem, here on this forum. it's a great little tool, but not "rare" IMO.

Correct-Mcdermott had some custom done for them and they
are no longer available with the "Mcdermott" label them. Checking
various sites all of the Mcdermott's are sold out.
