ive had a few cues over the years and i have been using a low deflection shaft on all my cues. i decided to buy a mcdermott m71c vintage cue. it was the 2008 july cue of the month and so on so it peeked my interest. this cue does not have a low deflection shaft and is a 3 peice butt construction. i love this cue, ive found that i actually play better and with more control then my other cues. the finish and quality of this cue is really great. i dont understand or know why im playing better with it but its not just in my head lol.
