CUE BALL INCOMING!!!

I picked this up a few years ago and have never seen anything else like it. It's, of course, made by McDermott. Does anyone know anything about it, when made, value, was it a series? Just curious in case I decide to sell it. Here are the pics. Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

E-D series early 90s/ late 80s. Some were snooker cues with the flat butt with various inlays, and some where regular pool cues. The snooker ones were made for Matchroom, a snooker company I guess. They aren't worth much maybe 125-150. I've played with one since 1990 or so.

Thanks Andy.

This seems to match all of the above. The flat area reminds me of a snooker cue, and it does have Matchroom on the butt, but it has a standard pool shaft. ??????

Gene , I sold these cues , they were ofund in the factory and were made to sell in snookertown and not a lot were made I would sy value 5-600.00 I think they were called the matchroom series or gameroom series. and if the one on chalkers is worth $15000.00 than this could be 7,000.00 jk!

Hah hah. Bill, let me guess you have some? That price is silly. Last time I checked (6 months ago) they still had some in the warehouse, but I couldn't pick the inlay I just got what the sent. It's a cute little fox climbing on a rock, a bear, a cricket player and something else. 100 bucks each.

That cue reminded me of the wooden shaft and head putters McD used to make. Anyone remember those?

Not too sure why Andy is talking wholesale pricing on here but, thanks for the information fellas. I just don't know that I would put the quality of this cue down there with a Players cue...not even close. I personally like the pricing Bill threw out there. A little high I would say, but certainly NOT in the 100.00 range!

Wholesale? What's that? Bill probably can get 500 cause everything he sells is gold. I told you what I bought very similar cues for 100 each.

Did you ever see the Mcd nun chucks (sp)? They were sweet ,red dyamond wood with the logo. I bet that was a government job.:)
