McDermott Sneaky(s)
To my knowledge, there are two models of "production" sneakys that
McDermott has offered over the years. One is an M11B, that should
have a gold M and Clover Logo at the base of the butt. There is also a
McDermott cue that I believe is in the C series that does not have
a M and Clover logo. Either the C series sneaky or the M11B sneaky
have a metal, 3/8-10 threaded insert in the shaft as well. But note,
I do not know if it is possible to contact McDermott and ask for a
"custom" sneaky. Hopefully this helps a bit. There are a few McD
fans around that can maybe lend a better discription as well. GL..
and BTW, will it eventually be for sale?? Helpful to know if you are
in the "wanted/for sale" section.

Yes I have one I take to the beer joints with me.. I got it from ozone billiards new as they had a closeout on them, Mine has Nov 20?? under the finish between the points as well.. Looks just like a house cue and plays much better than one for me.. It is a great cue to take with you and not worry so much someone will steal it.. Just have to make sure no one thinks it's a house cue and grabs it... It is a very well made cue for me... Hope this helps.. The Dster.

M11b
I have a M11B and it has a brass insert in the shaft. It has a harder hit that most of the other McDermotts I've ever owned. I'm not possitive but I think McDermott used to have dates on their Cue of the Month Cues so that may be what you have there. Mine does not have a date between the points and I got it somewhere around 2002.
