It was set in the great depression i just could not relate to it . I loved the book Running the Table, i felt like i was riding in the trunk if the tibron. Lol all pool books worth a read i like that i got a peak inside Robert byrnes imagination reading mcgorty . Read them all thats what i say

If you dont laugh at least 5 times while reading this book, check your pulse. I bought this book around 1977 at J.C.s Billiard academy in Queens and still have it.
