Question 1: Other than providing at way to attach drop pockets if they need to be screwed into the backing to attach them, and a place to attach the ball return if the table uses it, what other use is the backing on a slate other than to staple the cloth to?

Question 2: What tears up the MDF backing more which is used on most tables today?...A, attaching drop pockets, B, attaching a ball return, or C, attaching the cloth using staples?

Come on chalkdust...provide everyone here on AZ some of your wisdom and insight as you like to attack me so much as if I don't know what I'm talking about

Question A: What do MDF backer boards have to do with antique slate frames?

Question B: Why would any one swich to "my glueing system" on an antique table.

Question C: Who in the Talk to rkc forum uses the words "attack me" more then you?

Like I said before "you are the BEST EVER", so why the need to hijack more threads then the Taliban and spend so much time defending your self from all of these attacks? I never attacked you, I simply said you are the reinventer of the wheel. Thats a good thing... right?

P.S. I will be takeing a pass on your offer to join the snake cult as I am scared of snakes.

.if you have to ask why would anyone switch to my gluing system....on an antique pool table, you're truly lost buddy:grin:
