If you call Antique Billiards (in Colorado Springs) during the day, you should be able to catch Cowboy. he repairs, does setups, etc. and has knowledge about tables that might help you out. If he is not around, the owner Jim Barber can probably point you to someone reputable.
 
What part of Colorado are you in?
I'll probably be back out there in the next week/week and a half.
Which anniversary do you have?
I have extra parts/rails, for a 10'
