Melling at it again- superb runout at the KC Open

Very few warm up strokes.
Pushes through most his shots and doesn’t spend a lot of time thinking about it.
I hope he gets to the Denver tournament.
 
Nice out. Nothing special, pool wise.
Not as great as his out against Mika years ago, but he deserves some props for this out- there were at least 3 shots that easily could have been missed- the carom shot, the 2 banks, and the 8 ball was missable too.

Anything's misser able. No surprises though. Small, fresh table - they should all shoot like that.

even on the 7 footer, I doubt most pros would get out in that rack. In fact, I doubt Melling would get out more than 1/2 the time if he had to shoot that rack over again.

They might opt for defense no question. Still if you've ever seen guys like Little Al play the small table, you'd have an expanded idea of precision.

I agree even a pro wouldn’t on a valley isn’t getting out there more then half the time
