Membership renewal issue

Hello

The past 5 years I would notified by the Forum (email and PM) my Gold membership was due fo renewal .

A Very nice service from the Forum since I am the worst at this.

Logged on the site yesterday to find i could not post on a thread. Low and behold I see my membership had expired.

Paid right away ..

Has anyone else had this latley or am I just ignorant to forum rules again?

Richard...Paid membership is not required to post. It just gets you more PM space and a few other benefits, none of which have anything to do with posting. There must have been some kind of other glitch. :D

you should always be able to post but check your official AZB email address that you signed up with. I changed Emails but never got around to updating azb so i went goldless for a while also.
 
Something similar just happened to me.
I updated my email adress and then saw my PM box was full and I am now a Bronze member.

I just figured my membership expired and bought another 12 months but nothing changed.
Then I found an email from AZ in my spambox that I had to click on and all was well again.

Now I am not sure how long I have paid in advance but quite a while for sure. Strange though that
updating your email adress takes away the gold status.

EDIT: I just checked and see I last paid for a year's membership 2 months ago, so now I am paid
up 22 months in advance.
