Memorial Day

I will not get to post this tomorrow so here is my own tribute to
all our service men and women who served our great country. You are
our hero's and I would like to thank you for your service and our freedom.

Thank you, rjb1168, for the shout-out.

And to all my former fellow Marines (ooh rah!), and to all Veterans alike,
thank YOU for YOUR service.

Home of the Free because of the brave

I also would like to say a thank you to all of the men and women of our military who gave the ultimate sacrifice, some during their service and many that died years later as a result of their service. We will be remembering you on Memorial Day.

Unfortunately, PUTT4DACA$$H, that's our problem these days.
Our English language has gone downhill despite the numerous "paper mill" diplomas our universities are handing out.
Besides the ignorance, I have to attribute it to that we don't care or are just plain lazy.

Although I appreciated it, I squirmed when I saw the gross mistake when you duplicated such a great quote.
No disrespect, but if we're going to quote such a great line, let's get it right, sir.

As your quote implies: IF WE CARE ABOUT OUR COUNTRY, THEN WE SHOULD CARE ABOUT OUR ENGLISH LANGUAGE AS WELL.

Happy Memorial Day to you and your loved ones.

Appreciation to all the vets and especially those suffering at the hands of government agencies established to help them in appreciation(rather the lack of) for their service.
