i am no expert on what is quality work or not. eric seems to care about his customers and is easy to talk to.
my gf purchased an olhausen from bill the previous owner of billiard 4 years ago. last year she and i were at billiard pro picking out a new cue for me.
she mentioned to eric that 2 pockets were coming loose on her table. he sent 2 guys out the next day to fix her pockets at no charge.
the previous owner is the one who sold her the table 4 years ago and it may or may not have been a waurranty issue here but i think you cannot ask for better customer service than what he gave her. we have had no issues with the work his installers performed.
i gotta say something about the quality of olhausen tables here. in the 2 years that i have been with her it just amazes me how well this table has held up to the constant abuse from her 3 teenagers and the other half dozen neighborhood kids put it through.
i have just about given up telling them they dont need to drill every ball they hit 90 mile an hour.what i am about to describe aint no exaggeration. i cant count the time one of them will have an object ball hanging in a pocket. the cueball is only 3 or 4 inches away. they will drill that ball in the pocket and the cue ball goes flying around the table for 5 or 6 rails. no shit. i cant believe how well those leather pockets have held up to that kind of abuse.
the felt has a couple of wear marks and one small hole " about the size of a finish nail head". she said she want to get it recovered. i told her not to until those kids learn how to properly shoot that it would be a waste of money.
