Hey everyone,
I played in the State BCA 8 Ball tourny here in Corpus on March 15th.
I wound up buying several Polo shirts, and T-shirts from Becky Roush that day. (Becky's company is Promotions to Go!)
She didn't have two of the t-shirts I wanted and told me she would have them in the very next day. So I paid for them and the next day I got them with no problems.
At the same time I bought two shirts for my wife, and paid in full. Becky said she didn't have any of those shirts but took down our name, number, address, and email addresses. She informed me when she got back to North Texas she would mail them to us.
Well stupid me, I didn't get a receipt and I paid good money for both of my wife's shirts. She didn't offer a receipt though.
I figured since I got my shirts the next day that she was good for her word.
However, I don't have my wife's shirts and it is 2 1/2 months later!
I have been trying to contact her now for the last month. I have tried e mails, and phone calls to no avail.
I got ahold of her by phone once and she said she would check into it and call me back.
She hasn't called me back, and I can't seem to get a hold of her at all.
So I contacted Robert Tayber of the BCA here in TX. He said he would talk to her and tell her it was unacceptable.
However, Robert hasn't gotten into contact with her either.
I was wondering what I should do now? I either want the shirts, or my money back!
I don't know of anything to do except drive up there and get my point accross in person, but with the price of gas I would just be out more money.
What would you all do?
