meucci originals olivier style

This is a 19 oz meucci 88-3...I bought the cue and had it restored by jerry olivier. He changed it up a little bit by making the blue rings dark grey instead...his grey stain looks better than it did originally and he lightened up the blue points to where you could see them better...they really pop out especially in the light. He also added a black linen wrap that isn't finished over. The only real flaw I can see on the cue is the gash in the butt cap you can see in the picture...and also the shaft has a very slight wobble but still hits straight and plays great...

I'm asking $400

Now on ebay:

If this doesn't sell here in a couple days I'll probably put it on ebay...there is an 88-3 that isn't even in great condition like this and it looks like it is going to go for my asking price if not more....

Your price is very reasonable. I've found that a lot of good deals are passed up here on AZ and then I get more on ebay, sometimes even ends up that AZ'ers win the ebay auction - I guess it's "more fun" to bid on ebay :)

I have a beautiful old Meucci Originals cue that I'll probably also have restored - just wish the shaft was straight.

I would wait a while...

I also think that's a nice cue. I myself think someone on this
board will pick it up. A few weeks ago (maybe longer)
there was a Meucci chess cue, with colors I have never
seen, for sale here for $900. I think it took over a week to
sell which surprised me.

I noticed you just offered it for sale yesterday. I think there
are a lot of folks out there that don't catch up on the forum each
and every day, or multiple times a day like myself and others.

(When I am in working mode, sometimes I don't visit the board for weeks)

well then I'll listen to you guys and leave it on here for a while longer before going the ebay route...

LOL......I listed a SCHON LTD on here a while ago for $425.

Got a lot of interest and a few unreasonable offers. Lost patience and negotiated a trade with my ole bud " HOLLYWOOD (the dick) HOWARD".

He put it up on the BAY and laughed all the way to the bank when it brought over 8 hun.:)

I'll play if i don't play this 9 ball tournament at rack em up....or after the tournament... hopefuly I get some patience by then...

i just noticed that the shaft has a really slight wobble...so I thought I would let you guys know about that...it still hits striaght and plays great though...
