Meucci and predator shaft

Hi,

my frend bought Meucci cue, 97-15 model with black dot shaft and kamui hard.

He said that the hit is some kind of soft and the shaft has a lot of vibrations.

His question is: if he replace black dot with predator shaft, would the hit become harder with less vibrations?

Yes the cue would play quite a bit stiffer. The but of the cue is not near as important as the shaft. You can buy just about any cue you want and put a good shaft on it, and as long as it is balanced well the cue will play just like a high dollar with the same shaft.

I have been playing with a meucci cue with a black dot shaft for years now and when i first started hitting balls with it i was like wtf why does it vibrate so much and i could not control the spin i was thinking why did i spend my hard earned money on this piece of junk. But the more i slowed down my stroke the better the hit felt and the more control i had with the spin. Try that and go with a softer tip and that might help but like the person said before as long as the butt is balanced right any shaft will work
