From what i've found out is that a employee(s?) bought the company. They totally overhauled their site, repairs are getting done on time and quality-control looks to be WAY better. Hopefully they'll do their own archives.Anyone know who the new owners actually are? I didn't see it in any of the press releases.
Lets assume that the new owners have increased quality control. From what i've found out is that a employee(s?) bought the company. They totally overhauled their site, repairs are getting done on time and quality-control looks to be WAY better. Hopefully they'll do their own archives.
That is great to hear.I would have to assume that since the acquisition was many months ago, and they currently have little inventory and 4-6 week backlogs, most (obviously not all) of their new orders are new stock. I've bought four new Meucci cues in the past six months and numerous other small items, and all have been great. They are much more responsive, repairs are being done much faster, the website is way better, etc. I've spoken with one of the new owners and he was very enthusiastic about where they want to take the business but even more importantly, very aware of what had happened to the Meucci brand over the years.
They are not former employees. From what i've found out is that a employee(s?) bought the company. They totally overhauled their site, repairs are getting done on time and quality-control looks to be WAY better. Hopefully they'll do their own archives.
