Meucci Cue Identification

Hey guys. I have a chance to buy a Meucci at a good price… but it’s a long drive from me… anyways, the owner doesn’t know anything about it, but I was hoping you gurus could share a little light on the era and model of this cue. Thanks!

Ah, the ole bar shooter ferrule blue ring LOL
That shaft sure looks used quite a bit, probably noticeably thinner than stock from use and cleaning, likely with the green pads so many of the players from that era liked to use.
