Has anyone here had any dealings lately with Meucci Cue Repairs in Byhalia. Web page sends a trojan back, won't answer the phone. don't return emails, are they out of business? The reason I ask is a friend wanted his cue re-wrapped and clearcoat over so I, figured since I do some repairs myself they would be better at the turn around on it instead of him just mailing it, boy was I wrong!

Long story short they have had it over 7 months, every excuse in the book and now I can't even get in touch with anyone. Anyone else had any dealings with them? I sit time for a Lawyer/States Attorney or someone like that to get involved?

Might try Budget Billiards. Owned by his daughter. Tell them your horror story and maybe they can help. Meucci is notorious for fkng abysmal cust. serv. Always have someone else work on them. Any good cue guy can re-wrap/coat one. Proficient does great Meucci work. I'd keep calling. They don't know what a email is apparently.

I sent in a shaft back in January to get the ring collar replaced on it and asked for one similar to what's on the original shaft instead of a plain black ring .
Well 2 months later and after I was told no problem we have them in stock and will install a matching ring it was a plain black ring and it took nearly 3 weeks for them to send it out after the payment was made before it arrived here , ok a small part of this was because of FedEx when I checked on the tracking for the package they're not any better .
I won't be sending any work their way nor will I suggest anyone buy a Meucci cue no matter how good of a deal they think they maybe getting .

It's a shame and disgrace a Company like Meucci who has been around for 50 years and still selling has zero idea what 'customer service' means. I dealt with that famous department once about 6 years ago on a Meucci Original I had acquired.

They wanted me to send them the cue. 'Awwww just sent us your cue' they said. I could tell it was not going to turn out good after a few phone conversations with CS Gal and Bob himself barking in background. I never sent the cue to them thank god. It was a frikin' circus.

Too bad it went like that. I have heard other similar things like that happening. :(

That place seems like a black hole for losing cues. Many many stories of this on AZ. That's a bummer to me since I like their EC7 series. I still might end up with one, but knowing going in if there are any issues it's going to a place like seyberts not meucci.

Just another normal day at the Moochi office.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if I read someday that somebody sends Bob a cue knowing its gonna be a shit storm only to go there have Bob truly regret all the folks he phucked, and then have Bob make it up to them, one way or another, if records can be found.
I hate folks like that.
