This is the land of custom cues... I sold 3-4 Meucci cues out of my cue rack recently and had better luck on Ebay than I would've had otherwise.
Price it reasonably compared to similar condition Meucci's and sell it in a fixed price listing (the final value fee percentage that Ebay takes out is less for a fixed price listing vs an auction style). Count on right at a combined 9% of the total value (price +shipping) for fixed price fees plus paypal fees and 12% for auctions.
Clean it up (search threads on this forum, there are plenty about cleaning shafts/ferrules), accurately describe it, and take good pictures. It looks to be in good shape; if you get it cleaned up pretty well and the shaft isn't beat to hell I would ask $250 shipped on ebay and feel pretty confident about it selling.
Bar league players are your target audience, I like to play leagues as much as anyone but realize that the Meucci brand recognition/reverence is strongest at that level.
