Meucci Hook

I recently purchased a Hook with a black dot and a pre dot shaft. The pre dot does not have the matching red ring but the black dot does. The cue is wrapless and has a few small dents in it here and there. It rolls straight and hits good. What kind of price would you put on it to sell? How often do you see one for sale? It is not a Meucci Original.

Without pictures it is hard to say, from what your saying it seems like $250, $325 maybe $350. I might be talking out of turn here but we really can't say to accurately without pictures!

On azbilliards---------$500

On Ebay--------------start at $99 auction style.

The no-dot shaft might not be a Meucci shaft and the cue does have a wrap...it's just covered.

also depends on the logo on the butt, if it says meucci original it would be worth a little more than ones that just say meucci.

It says in his original post that it is not an original! I have an original with 2 shafts the is unchalked and unshot! Love me a captain hook

I'd wager the shaft without the ring is just one that someone put with the cue somewhere down the line. As far as value, pics are best, but assuming its in 90 to 95% condition I'd say $275 to $300 in the current market. If it was a Meucci Original you could add $100 to that amount or more. You never know what'll happen on eBay :)

I'd start it at 275, and probably sell it for 225
