Meucci Orig weight bolt removal?

Want to lighten up this cue, but found it is different than my other Meucci's and it will not budge at all. Is this something that needs sent back to them to lower the weight?

Some Meucci years the weight bolt is epoxied in. A competent cue mechanic can get it as it takes some heat. Ask the question in the "Ask the Cuemaker" forum.

Thats what I was afraid of since its not an allen like my others...

Several cues have a slot screw driver head threaded rod or bolt without epoxy as well. Just happens that some meuccis were epoxied. Ive owned three meuccis. One was epoxied. I wishe the others were too!
