I have a cursive meucci European purple that is straight together and apart with classic no dot shaft. It is as close to new old stock as you can get. There are no nicks, no blemishes-shaft has been cleaned and sealed.

I have a 97-13 that is in excellent condition. I'd sell it. but it would cost a bit more than White1's european. I could send photos if you are interested.
