I have seen these popping up recently and borrowed one with the ash-cored shaft to try out a few weeks ago and ended up buying one myself. It feels more solid with almost zero vibration, and breaks much harder my old BK with less effort. I've always struggled with making balls in 10-ball, and could never string together any momentum because my runs would almost always end at the break. After getting used to the PB Pro, though, I feel I can make balls with good spreads and have lots of chances to run out from the break.
The biggest issue for me was the price tag, which at nearly $600 is pretty tough to swallow for a production break cue. However, I bit the bullet and I'm very happy with my purchase and I've been breaking well (or at least better than before) ever since.
Especially recommended for anyone who plays a lot of 10-ball.
