Mezz sigma wood shaft slicker than Revo

I found that using a very high-grade carnauba in two applications after alcohol wipe down makes for a VERY slick shaft. It's slicker than my revo (obviously no wax on revo). I gotta say I don't think I am going back to CF. Wood just plays better for me. Better feel overall. Also after months of play I have zero chalk residue to be seen. I do play with V10 so that likely helps. +1 for 🪵.

I have used waxes often. With multiple shafts, some are waxed and some not. I find the waxed shaft works better in winter. Hot, humid weather is the culprit. I'm curious as to what brand of wax you are using.

It's an old can of Adams patriot car wax. It's been in my fridge for like 10 years lmao. Seems to do ok with humidity for me at least.
