Mezz united joint protectors

Click on dealers. There are 3 in North America. I believe New York...California and Colorado
I contacted the dealer in NY. She wrote back and it sounds like they are made to order. Waiting for a price quote.

Sorry got brainlock sometimes. But isn't the United joint the same as 5/16x14? Or is the United, the wavy joint?

You can special order them from any Mezz dealer, but expect a rather long wait..

How much should it cost for some basic curly maple joint protectors? I have a msp-cmr

Shame shame. Lol
Prices in open forums are discouraged against.
The only one who can honestly answer that question, is the person you hire to build them. Jim Baxter has a very good rep for doing joint protectors. I would email him.

I have the plastic protectors that came with the cue, but I see on their site they offer some nice wood ones, but I can't find an online retailer for them. Anyone know?

http://mezzcue.com/en/products/acce...es&series=jointprotector&kinds=cueaccessories The curly maple is really nice but only in wavy joint.

You can order them directly through Mezz USA -- I ordered a set and they are extra fine, not only looking but they make it real easy to pull a butt or a shaft out of a tight case.

They are pricey -- can't remember how much -- but I remember saying to myself, 'Man that is expensive.' Now I can not remember what I paid but I am glad I got them...
