Micro cue smith II or any of these?

Micro cue smith II, basic custom cue lathe or...

So I`m looking at getting a small lathe for retipping, finishing shafts, changing wraps, changing ferrules and poosibly making my own cue extensions and JP`s
There are 4 lathes I`m looking at, they seem to offer much the same, but I`m really unsure what to choose.

The Micro II or the Custom cue lathe basic + some accessories looks the best, but without having tried either I`m asking you guys.
