Mid-West Tour...

Why is there not a big Mid-West Tour (Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, etc)? I know there's the Mid-West 9-Ball tour, but it rarely has tournaments. Could this be a region that Kings Bay Promotions is interested in? Anyone else interested in coordinating a tour in this area?

Just a concerned player!

Zim,

The Viking tour has a lot of events in OH and Illinois.

I don't think Mike Janis has released a schedule for this coming season yet.

IIRC He's offering a free cue to anyone that can recruit a pool hall to host an event. Maybe you could try that and get one in your backyard.

Mike runs a good tourney.

Is it because there aren't enough people/players per capita in a reasonable amount of distance? I mean, would it require a lot of travel time for players in order to get enough players in one location for a tournament? Just asking questions because I don't know.

Casino Tour

There's a couple tours up here - One is the Midwest Casino Pool tour with events in MN and IA - big $$$ added...

The other is the Native American Casino pool tour in predominantly in WI.

MNBilliards.com carries tournament listings and info for both.

Midwest Casino pool tour should be announcing dates soon. $$$ added range from $6k to $15k.
