I haven't talked to anyone at Dog's today, but the tourney might be delayed a bit.
Last night it rained from 7 to 10 inches here in just a few hours. The interstate was shut down, for example. When I left Dog's at 9:30, I caught the worst of it. Lots of cars stalled everywhere. I made it through 3 feet of water without stalling. Lucky me, but my car interior is soaked and some electrical problems, too. One guy got washed away and drowned in front of his house just less than a mile from my house.
So, the those running the show might be busy with flood issues, not to mention players' problems from all this.
I heard the motels on Merle Hay were all flooded and that's not the only place.
It could be that some players didn't get any rest last night.
