Mike Cochran MAK002 Custom Cue Inquiry

Dear AzBilliards Forum:
I am a new member and have a Mike Cochran MAK002 custom Cue I acquired this item about 11 years ago--See attached pictures. I am assuming this is the second one Mike Cochran produced when starting his custom cues business.
I acquired the cue by building Mr. Cochran a web site and in return He Built me this Cue. I never really played on it as it was too pretty to use. Since that time this Cue has sat in my safe and has been played on 2/3 times. The Cue is a steel joint with a playing and breaker. I'm wondering if anyone can tell me any details around this Cue. I no longer play Pool as heavily as I once did and just wandering about this specific cue as it seems rather unique.
Thank you for any insights.
Best Regards,
Brandon.:o

Great looking cue, will find a nice home for sure. I have a question though, what does MAK stand for?

Good luck with your sale.

Dave

Many Thanks.

Hello --Thank You to everyone for their responses--appreciate Your Inputs.
I'll also try to post some additional pictures out of the cue.

The best guys ever, Mike and Tim

Correct. First initial of Mikes two sons and daughter. Very nice cue. Pic of
my MAK cue below along with a MC logo one. Man, do we miss him.

You are so right John about Mike being missed my friend. All of Mike's cues were very personal to him as he was creating them. It is nice to see some of Mike and Tim's cues in your collection John. And this MAK cue shown here in this thread is gorgeous. I wish it were mine.

I would rather have this than the silver Gina!

My advice, if you want to sell it, would be to figure out the rock bottom money you need out of it, put it on ebay with a heads up bump here and donate the proceeds to Mike's widow. Triple win!

Missin' Mike too.
