Mike Erwin used to work for Meucci cues a while back, but is now making his own line of cues. IMO, they look and play too close to a Meucci for me to buy one for myself. I hope this helps you, Jeff

I have, only because i met a guy on BD's forum that had a custom 60" Mike Erwin that I was going to buy. He plays exclusively with them and seems to known his stuff.

i have a nice simple mike erwin cue with nice rings at all 5 positions. mike makes them himself and while they share the same joint as a meucci i think they play very well.

I got one last night for about nothing. It has a 3/8 x 10 pin not to flashy but nice ring work. I like it

Mike is from Mississippi. He makes a real nice cue. he worked for Meucci a long time ago. he left because the quality went down. He uses the same taper as Meucci, but he will use what ever taper you like if you order a cue from him. His son does leather wraps that are second to none. Check his site out
