Are you sure everything is ok with the scales? It is impossible all the shafts weigh much more than 5 oz : 5,47oz, 5,89oz, 5,68oz, 5,96oz according to your photos I quess you made measurements in a wrong mode unless here you have stabilized maple shafts with such a weight that 16,65 oz butt with any shaft makes the total cue weight above 23oz...
