Mike Lambros LD shaft

I have both of Mikes shafts and I shoot with the LD. My choice may come from shooting with Predator for 6 years. I gave both an honest try and LD won for me.
 
Lambros

I have both his LD and solid maple shafts. I prefer the solid maple shaft. both play well.
 
In case you were planning to order from Lambros directly, I was told he stopped making the LD shafts as of a couple months ago. I got the last pair, but ended up trading for his standard shafts with a longer taper and I much prefer the feel over the LD. I played with a 314 2 prior, but even still prefer the Lambros standard.

This is one disadvantage to getting shafts from custom cuemakers. You say have one, but something happens to it or you just want a second one as backup...and now you are stuck.

Makes me happy I went with an OB classic....if something happens to my shaft or if I want another one...I have less worry.

I do agree with you here and considered this when buying a custom. The good news is that if anything should happen, I can have a new 314 on my doorstep tomorrow. :)
 
His LD shafts are different. Much stiffer hit than a predator imo but still LD. I preferred the regular maple shafts but i lean more towards a stiff standard shaft to begin with. I would mix it up. One of each
