I have those card and like them. It is a fun distraction for practicing. Some of the cards have trick shots. Most are drills to use and practice (i.e. line up 4 balls in front of the side pocket and run them without hitting a rail).
Not to be a complete shill, but if you want to see a few cards from the deck, we have six of them in our image carousel.
I should also mention that Rick Rogers (the guy who makes the UPC decks) is a really nice guy and produces some extremely high quality stuff. I'm personally a huge fan of both the original series and the advanced series.
What didn't you like about them? Some of the drills are great. The trick shots are gimicky but are supposed to be there since it is a competitive game.
