Hello everyone,
I bought a new Stacey cue from Micheal at Omega cues, the cue had some slack under the wrap, so Micheal told me Mr. Stacey would take care of it. I emailed Mike and sure enough he said send it back for a new wrap at no charge. It's been 6 weeks since Mike got the cue back. I now he has not answered my emails. Does anyone have another way I could contact him. Perhaps one of you has a phone number for Mike Stacey.
 
I sent him my cue for ferrule changing. He said he will need some time to do it because of Valley Forge. By the way my cue was sent way before yours. Till now maybe it is around 4-5 months. Just be patient because he is a busy guy. Hope this helps.
