I have recently received a question about the length of the CD. The CD is approximately 17 min long. The reason for the length is twofold: it is meant for regular and consistent use, to help build muscle and molecular memory; and, secondly, to facilitate use immediately prior to practice or competition. One may listen to it in a corner of the pool room or out in their vehicle, if they choose. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
