Minimum weight legal Jump Cue

What is the minimum that a jump cue is allowed to weigh to be legal in events that allow Jumping?
Are phenolic tips allowed for jump cues?
I am aware of the 40 inch length minimum.
Are 3.7 oz jump cues allowed that are 44 inches long?

The WPA has no minimum weight specification for any cue, only a maximum (25 oz.).

Hey Neil, are you going to be at SBE this year? Would love to check out some of your latest developments.

Generally, phenolic is allowed. There are a few leagues (namely BCA) that have banned it. But yeah, no weight minimum.
