I assume that the price is a steal for these and he put "QUICK SELL" to rope someone before they could be warned? Am I correct in this assumption?

I ask because I know nothing about the encyclopedia"s

I'll include the shipping, but if you start adding in punitive damages he will end up owing you more and this will never get settled out of court.
 
Becareful this guy is a known scammer on this forum and off the forum. Do NOT deal with him you will end up with nothing but vague texts and ignored calls.

actually yes I have.

I have PERSONALLY spoke with him many times, until he ignored my calls.

Thanks for the negative rep, I was just trying to safe others from BS. next time ill keep quiet and let them just get hussled out of there money. This guy has a trail of bad deals behind him. Maybe one succesful one that took him 2 months to ship and he only shipped it because people locally were aware of his bad dealings
