Mixed Scotch Doubles 8-Ball Tournament, Sat., March 13th at Click's Marsh in Dallas

Click's Marsh is hosting a Mixed Scotch Doubles 8-Ball tournament on Saturday, March 13th. If you want some scotch doubles competition before BCA Nationals in May, or if you just love to play scotch doubles, this is a great opportunity to show your stuff.

Tournament Details:
Double Elimination Tournament
BCA Rules - Alternate breaks - Rack your own
League Membership NOT required

Mixed Scotch Doubles means guy/girl combination
One Master player on a Team
Master teams race to 5
All other teams race to 3

Click's Marsh location near Marsh and Rosemeade
19049 Marsh Lane, Dallas, TX 75287-2168

Doors open at 11am; tournament sign-up at 11am
Planned Tournament start time: Noon
Entry fee: $30 per team

Guaranteed $300 monies added; possibly more

We are shooting for a one day tournament. Click's will let me have the tables as late as I need them.

Wish I could play in this with my last partner, but I have to work. I'll see if I can stop by after I get off and make a cameo. ;)

Well it was a great time as expected.:happydance: We had 27 teams with alot of great talent. Total prize fund was $1210 and paid out 8 spots.

1st - Robbie/Steven(Double Dipped for the win)
2nd - Ashley/Carl
3rd - Tracie/Mike
4th - Tiger/Doc
5/6th - Christy/Jeff
5/6th - Tera/Carl
7/8th - Monica/Royce
7/8th - Kathy/Marty

Doc - that was the bestest (sp) time ever. So much fun and some great competition. 27 teams was not too shabby for our 1st event. Congrats to everyone-learned a lot, laughed a lot and even cashed. Woo Hoo! Also Doc glad to see you and Tiger weren't dead ass last like before.

Yes, we will have to do it again and let me know how I can help.

Thanks to Doc and everyone else who helped put on this great event...!!

I LOVE playing mixed scotch doubles and I think there is a huge market for more tournaments in our area... They are always so well attended...

Thanks to my partner, Christy, who really played well and had to fade me hitting a bit of a physical and emotional wall at the end...

And thanks to Royce for "that f*%$*&g 4-ball!" That seemed like it might be ready to keep him up thinking about it...
