mniver from Nivecraft asks"What is the best cutter for laminated cue tip replacement?
I have been told that laminated tips should be cut and shaped with abrasive tools using light force and not with knife style cutters since they impart high side forces to the tip and could damage the bonding in its layers. Any tip makers out there have a response for this? Does the same apply for regular pressed style tips?
