~~~Monster Bobby Hunter~~~
Wow... AWESOME cue, and one with history!
Good luck with your sale. There are a bunch of Hunter fans on the forum, so I'm sure you won't be holding it for long!
Same cue he played SVB with probably shouldbe listed for at least $2k more, great deal and sick cue.
I forgot about that! Not only is it in the Youtube video, but it is in the TAR Challenge match with Shane also.... This cue has definetely seen some big time action. Maybe I should raise the price:lol:
How did you end up with Scott's Cue?
When Scott was in town for his match up Shane
he sold it to Rick Goulden. It was aquired from Rick, and now some lucky pool player will have a chance to own a cue that was wielded by one of the best one-pocket pro/ gamblers to ever play the game.
I bet he sold it to make up for the loss he took.
I know he really liked that cue, man that had to suck.
Nice cue!! It wasn't the cue's fault that Scott lost to Shane ;) This is a great looking cue! Good luck with your sale!
Eye Shaft: 3.39oz 12.00mm Kamui Black Soft
Hunter Shaft w/Ivory ferrule: 3.36oz 11.85mm Kamui Black Soft
No wonder my game isn't any better than it is.......i've been playing with shafts that were too big.......I've seen Scott play at Q-masters and believe me he can move the cue ball as good as anyone with those size shafts.......this cue is a beauty and I wish I could swing it because it's a nice cue with an interesting history.
Is 12 mm the new 13 mm???
I thought that too. I've heard of a lot of players using what I consider a very thin (12.25-12.5mm) shaft nowadays and they really seem to love it. I've heard that it's easier to move the cb around, but have never tried a shaft that thin, so I'd have to experience that for myself.
Either way, if the thin shafts were a turn off before, I think they're probably part of the magic formula now...
Good luck!
