Moori S vs Kamui Black SS

Tip Choice

Do yourself a Favor and Try the Ultraskin VS From Tom Hay here on Az
and You Will be Set.... All My Friends Use Them Now.
Have been using them Exclusively For a couple of Years Now and Couldn't be
Happier with a Tip. They Play Great, Don't Miscue, Hold Shape, and Are Very Cheap
in Price.....The Best Buy Test...In My Opinion.
Nothing To Lose....At the Price....You can Try them and Not Get Robbed in doing so.

Hope This Helps

Thanks.....Paul

I definitely can say that the Kamui Clear Black SS is the best tip I've ever used, predictable action every time. The other thing that I've found is that the Kamui, chalk especially the .98 version is deadly when used together and seriously, you only have to chalk ever game. Hope this helps

Kamui Black Clear.....soft and super soft......they're on all my cues except for my Prewitt cue which has original Moori brown tips........Kamui Clear is the best tip I've used
and I recommend going soft or supersoft. I previously used Kamui Black medium on all my cues. I am so glad to have switched. Thanks to Tom (Shooter08) @Wisconsin Billiards
.......he sold me all the Kamui tips for my cues and was a big help in deciding to play with a softer tip in the Kamui Black Clear series.

My suggestion, try all of them for yourself and you'll know which tip will work for you.

Everyone is different, some my swear by Kamui Soft, G2, Victory, Fearless CM360 (my own) and Moori..but at the end of the day it all very subjective and it a personal choice. Only you can determine which tips works best for you. If you find one that you like, stick with it.

I've done thousands of tips over the years and I have people that don't like all brand of tips over one they think is the greatest. Earl stuck with Elk Master for well over 50 years now.....I tried to convert him to G2, Moori, Kamui, CM360 and almost every kind of tips out there and he just doesn't like them. He said the layered tips give him too much spin and can't do certain shots like he does with the Elk Master.

I had a guy that swear by Moori Soft until he tried the predator "Victory" soft and decided that was the tips for him going forward (sold all his soft moori to me). It's funny but some tips works better on certain shaft vs other. You're going to have to experiment and find out for yourself the optimum tip and shaft combination for yourself.

I tried all kinds of tips and stuck to my own tips as I haven't found one that I like better yet. The most recent tip that I've tried was the Navigator from Japan...they play nice almost like kamui and cut very clean...it's a very well made tip and I think better quality than the new Moori. I tried the hard but it didn't have the sound that I really like on my Hard Fearless tips.
