I have searched here using advanced search and have tried Google but connot find information on how the Mosconi Captain is determined. Who or what agency picks the captain.
 
Kinda related, but im still bummed about JJ having to play as a captain, and playing a great game and even a phenominal rack and then somehow screwing up with the clock. That was one of the greatest anti climaxes in pool, ever.
