Yes, but you are living in fantasyland. Mosconi selection is recognition of playing excellence in the period leading up to the event. Even if yours were the primary selection criterion, several of your choices make no sense at all.
I will commend you for the Florian Kohler pick. Along with Minnesota Fats, he is surely the most charismatic entertainer of our times at the pool table.
Willie on fast cloth, the record might have to be for continuous hours of play instead of ball count.
Back in Willie's day the standard American work week was 50 hours. Willie outworks Jayson, like Pacquiao against anyone who dares try at his age or less.

Nope. 44hr work week mandated in 1938. 40hr week mandated in 1940.
Thats when they change the law.
In reality some businesses slow play meeting regulations.
Slavery emancipation and Civil Rights were passed into law however its practice was not consistent in all areas.
Willie did a live high run world record.
Jayson did an at home recorded world pool record.

Jayson's record wasn't done in a public exhibition but l don't think it was done 'at home' either. Depending on what 'at home' means.
He slept over some studio pool room set up and had multiple attempts in his pajamas. It is a low pressure situation.
Willie was dressed to the nines in public running out.
