Mosconi Cup now in ESPN3 listings

There was some doubt about whether ESPN3 would show the Mosconi Cup, and I've been checking the listings. It showed up sometime last night, and it's showing a 2:00 PM Eastern time start on Monday and 2:30 on Tues. - Thurs.

ESPN 3 is ESPN's internet service. It requires an ESPN cable subscription for some events, like major live sports, but I do not get ESPN or cable TV and I can still watch replays of many events - I watched the recent final table of the World Series of Poker, for example.

Last year I watched the Mosconi Cup live without a cable subscription, so even if you don't pay for ESPN you will probably be able to watch live. Many TVs and Apple TV/Roku/Amazon boxes have the WatchESPN app to access ESPN3, or you can watch it on a computer from a browser or phone/tablet with the WatchESPN app.

Excellent news! I'll make sure not to schedule too much for my afternoons next week!

I wonder why ESPN3 is showing 2:30 EST for Days 2-4. The Tropicana event schedule says it is 11 am each day (2 pm EST).

Maybe they know there will be some start-of-day introductory activities for a half-hour and the matches themselves won't start until 2:30.
