This may shock some of the bar box haters, but in 1965, Willie traveled for Montgomery Wards, doing exhibitions on their new line of bar tables! He told us that the small tables were good for the game as they introduced countless people to the game that wanted to play in their neighborhood tavern or in their home that didn't have room for the 9-footers.
